Thank you for supporting a small, independent business. All orders are carefully prepared and shipped by a one-person team, which allows for close attention to quality and detail.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within up to 7 business days before shipment

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

  • During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may take the full 7 business days

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed

Shipping Delays

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, Tempaux is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Other circumstances outside our control

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for free replacement.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy. For lost packages marked as “delivered,” we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
