Refund & Replacement Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

However, customer satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to provide a free replacement under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement may be issued if:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The wrong item was received

  • The product arrived defective or leaking

Required Documentation

To qualify for a replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged or defective product

    • The original packaging, with tracking number

    • The shipping box (if damage occurred during transit)

Photos help us verify the issue and improve future packaging.

Replacement Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no cost to you

  • No return of the damaged item is required unless otherwise requested

Non-Eligible Situations

Replacements will not be provided for:

  • Normal wear or product use

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Preference changes (scent, style, or personal taste)

  • Failure to provide required photo documentation

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for replacement of orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
